Vào những năm 22XX, với sự tiến bộ vượt bậc về khoa học công nghệ, con người đã kiểm soát được sóng radio và sử dụng nó trong đời sống hằng ngày của mình. Tuy nhiên, gần đây, hệ thống đã mất kiểm soát vì sự gia tăng đột ngột của Noise, kéo theo hệ quả là sự phá phách của virus ngày càng diễn ra thường xuyên hơn. Nguyên nhân của sự việc này là gì?
Trong khi mọi người đang ra sức để giải quyết vấn đề này, một hiểm họa không ai lường trước đã xuất hiện. Đó chính là Meteor G, một thiên thể bí ẩn khổng lồ trong vũ trụ đang… lao về Trái Đất !!! Wave World rối loạn vì sự ảnh hưởng của Noise do Meteor G phát ra. Một câu hỏi nữa lại được đặt ra: liệu Meteor G bay đến Trái Đất theo quỹ đạo, hay có một kẻ nào đó đang âm mưu hủy diệt Trái Đất một lần nữa?
Không thể khoanh tay đứng nhìn Trái Đất đang có nguy cơ bị hủy diệt, Geo Stelar quyết định hành động. Nhưng cậu không hành động một mình mà có sự hỗ trợ của Satella Police và bạn bè của mình. Đặc biệt hơn cả, lần này, những FM Alien và Solo – Chiến binh của nền văn minh cổ Mu – đã chịu quay về giúp cậu. Với sự trợ giúp như vậy, liệu Geo có thể chặn đứng được Meteor G hay không? Câu trả lời sẽ do chính các bạn tìm ra đó!!!!!!!
Sau những thành công của 2 phiên bản đi trước là Mega Man Star Force (Leo, Dragon, Pegasus) và Mega Man Star Force 2 (Zerker x Ninja, Zerker x Saurian), năm nay Capcom lại quyết định tung ra “đứa con tinh thần” thứ 3 của mình là Mega Man Star Force 3 với hai phiên bản có tên là Mega Man Star Force 3: Black Ace và Mega Man Star Force 3: Red Joker . Trong phiên bản thứ 3 này, các bạn sẽ được gặp lại không chỉ Geo Stelar (vốn dĩ đã quá quen thuộc với chúng ta) mà còn thêm các kẻ thù cũ của cậu ta và một số nhân vật mới lần đầu tiên xuất hiện . Dường như ở hai phiên bản trước Capcom nhận thấy có thiếu sót nên ở phiên bản này họ đã tạo ra một thứ hoàn toàn mới: hệ thống Noise Change. Về Terminal (Thiết bị cầm tay), Capcom cũng đã làm lại và các bạn sẽ thấy ở phiên bản này giao diện của Terminal – lần này là Hunter-VG – trông đẹp hơn, các chức năng cũng được bổ sung nhiều hơn so với hai phiên bản trước, và lúc ấy các bạn chỉ muốn sử dụng bút cảm ứng Stylus để touch vào screen mà thôi. Chúng ta cũng hân hoan đón chào hệ thống P.A vốn là đặc trưng của dòng game MMBN quay trở lại, nhưng lần này ngoài việc tạo ra các P.A, chúng ta còn có thể tạo ra các Mega Card và Giga Card, được gọi là G.A. Đặc biệt hơn, giờ đây hệ thống Regular đã trở lại, cho phép bạn chọn một card để ra đầu tiên trong bất kỳ trận đánh nào. Bản J đã ra mắt vào mùa đông năm 2008, còn bản U thì vào mùa hè năm nay, ngày 30-06-2009.
Nhằm kiểm soát các Wizard, Satella Police đã cho triển khai một dự án có tên là Project-TC. Dự án này là một dự án để quản lý nghiên cứu và kiểm tra với mục đích tạo nên tổng hợp EM Wave Change thành sự thật. Mục đích chính của họ là đặt sức mạnh này vào trong sự kiểm soát hoàn toàn của người điều hành, cho phép họ sử dụng nó trong khi giảm đến tối thiểu những sự rủi ro đáng kể được liên kết với nó. Mẫu thử thành công đầu tiên của họ, Acid Ace, cũng làm nhiệm vụ kiểm tra vật thể để thí nghiệm được liên kết với dự án kế tiếp của họ: thiết kế nên một hệ thống mà cho phép người điều hành điều khiển Noise.
Song song với Project-TC, Satella Police còn có 1 việc khác: kiểm soát các Wizard và người điều hành có khả năng Wave Change. Hiện tại trên thế giới chỉ có 10 người có khả năng Wave Change.
Các bạn có thể thấy các chữ số 001, 002, … Đó là các Trans Code. Những ai có thể Wave Change thì phải đăng kí hồ sơ ở Satella Police, họ sẽ kiểm soát nếu như có chuyện gì không hay xảy ra với người điều hành và các Wizard. Theo thứ tự, người điều hành và các Wizard sẽ là:
-Trans Code No: 001 : A.C.Eos – Acid
-Trans Code No: 002 : Solo – Laplace
-Trans Code No: 003 : Geo Stelar – Omega-Xis
-Trans Code No: 004 : Sonia Strumm – Lyra
-Trans Code No: 005 : Bud Bison – Taurus
-Trans Code No: 011 : Damian Wolfe – Wolf
-Trans Code No: 020 : Tom Dubius – Cygnus

There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. That is a great point to bring up. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game.

I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
